However, what followed was a very, very positive surprise. I ordered two dishes, starting with the pasta carbonara. Now, I’m a fan of the traditional recipe, but they prepared it with cream instead. While it wasn’t exactly what I was expecting, it was still decent. They provided a lot of cheese. The real highlight of my meal, though, was the grilled steak. It was incredibly well done—cooked to perfection with excellent quality meat, and it was a big portion too. I’ve tried steaks in other areas nearby, and frankly, some of them tasted like chewing on a shoe—really bad. But this one? It was the best steak I’ve had in the area, hands down. ”
